The hotel's prime location near Madison Square Garden and the bustling events scene made it a perfect base for our family. We caught exciting games and rock concerts at The Garden right around the corner, making our stay truly unforgettable. The spacious rooms and vibrant bar/restaurant added to the vibrant atmosphere, and the hearty breakfasts fueled us for our daily explorations.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the family experience by offering more children's activities or play areas on-site, ensuring a more family-friendly environment.

Hotel's location and rooms were amazing, had a great stay for a romantic night. We got a room with a spa bath.

The hotel was lively and clean, with competent staff from front desk staff to management. The room we had included central heating, an individual safe and pay television. The breakfast was incredible, lots of amazing food.

Every trip, I stay at the perfect place with helpful staff who guided me to attractions. It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar, and a fitness center. Ideal for me, with everything I need. Coming back for sure!

The hotel had a great location, very close to popular landmarks and stores. It was perfect for our romantic escape. The room was wonderful, well-appointed, and had a reliable internet connection. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 24-hour convenience store and a food store just across the road from the hotel.

It was definitely not worth the extra cost. the gym was a bit small and could use some updating, especially the equipment.

The hotel's cozy lobby with soft lighting and comfortable seating areas made it easy for senior folks like myself to relax and enjoy the ambiance. The abundant natural light and the pleasant art displays in the common areas created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I found the accessibility for seniors quite convenient, with easy-to-navigate spaces and helpful staff always ready to offer assistance.

I would have appreciated larger font sizes in the hotel's signage for better readability.

The hotel is in a centralized location for exploring the city, just next to pretty much everything and near many restaurants-walking distance to everything. The onsite Italian restaurant is also a wonderful treat for guests to enjoy. The room facilities and amenities are top-notch and are everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

The staff’s service can be improved upon, as guests have reported issues with unfriendly front desk staff, incomplete bedding, and insufficient bathroom essentials.

Exceptional staff, beautiful rooms in the best possible location. Location next to New York, Midtown and Penn Station. It was a nice stay, you could leave a car onsite.

Excellent overall experience. Quiet accommodation with top setting so close to Times Square, the High Line and the new Whitney Museum. We loved to spend 1 day in king room.

We had a phenomenal stay at this luxurious hotel. the staff was friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the in-room amenities were exceptional and we loved the Spa centre. the Restaurant had a great menu and the in-room breakfast was delicious. the Bar/Lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a long day. the private facilities were exclusive and worth it. the location advantages were also amazing, with many great attractions within walking distance.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of available ice machines. It was a slight inconvenience having to ask the front desk to send up a bucket of ice multiple times.

The location on the corner of 6th Avenue and 30th Street... The size of the room.

The noise of the street is always present as well as the noise of the air conditioning, which is extremely loud.

Well located on Avenue of Americas, 600m from Penn Station for the Amtrak train, not far from Broadway . Room 12 floor view of Empire State Building! Nice bathroom, bathrobes, good bedding, iPod docking station, free wifi. Good design. Coffee, refreshing water and wine available in the lobby.

The 292 guestrooms and suites felt like a haven of classic lines, calming neutrals, splashes of color, and irresistible bedscapes. I found myself immersed in a postcard-worthy bathroom, feeling like a character in a classic NYC film.

Limited onsite dining options during mornings.

Good location, last day it was raining and staff lent us an umbrella, it was nice. Moreover, they serve a free glass of wine every day at 5pm which is rare nowadays in hotels. Near Times-Square (10min walk), well insulated room, nice view from the room.

The excessive price of a bottle of water in the mini-bar ($10 US). A swimming pool/spa/jacuzzi in the hotel is missing

The reception staff is not particularly friendly, but we only had to deal with two people, so maybe the others are nicer... It's not at all worthy of a 5-star, if it had been a 4-star, I would have given it a much higher rating. But for a 5-star, the flooring in the rooms is worn out, they don't carry your luggage into the room...

The lobby area was quite small and often crowded, making it difficult to find a quiet spot to relax. The daily wine hour was constantly changing locations and none of them were particularly comfortable or cozy.

I recently stayed at Kimpton Hotel Eventi for a week-long trip to explore the city. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to attractions like Korea Town, the Empire State Building, and train stations. We also had the pleasure of having a deli right across the street that was open 24/7, and the staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The upgraded room we had provided a great view of the Empire State Building, and the front desk staff made sure to accommodate our request to be near our children's room. The bed was comfortable, and the marble bathroom with its nice decor was a pleasant touch. the hotel's central location and amenities made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

Centrally located in a calm area with beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the spacious rooms. Restaurants on-site offer delicious and varied food. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to details. Cleanliness is remarkable. The hotel exceeded expectations and is highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Kimpton Hotel Eventi for a weekend getaway. The hotel went above and beyond, welcoming us with complimentary champagne, fruit, cupcakes, and water. Our spacious king room, especially the bathroom, was impressive. While the west facing room didn't offer the best skyline view, it did allow us to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The infused water in the foyer and coffee in the morning were nice touches. We loved the drink hour in the evening, bonding with other guests on the lovely terrace with a glass of wine.

We were actually surprised when the hotel staff allowed us to check in early, greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The location of the hotel was also excellent, being close to landmarks and stores. We especially liked the convenience of having a 24-hour food store across the road. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Loved the free coffee and wine hour at Kimpton. Also appreciated how conveniently located it was to the subway. The room was small, but well-designed and very clean. I had a minor issue with the AC, but it was quickly resolved. I'll definitely be back!

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location, as it was close to many attractions but still a calm space amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is also close to Penn Station , made getting the subway easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were wonderful.

Such a very comfortable experience. Room had a marble-lined bathroom that we loved. There were brilliant employees, an exceptional service. The venue provided a bar in the lobby. Furthermore it was walking distance to a long-standing department store🙂
